New generations and image edits pause, so there is no surprise spend. Paid credits renew only after a successful monthly payment. Top-ups and auto top-up are not available at launch; contact support if you need help before renewal.
Credits use one shared balance across image work. A standard generation or image edit usually uses one credit, while requests that produce multiple images or variations can use more than one.
Contact support to change a paid plan. Plan changes are confirmed for your next renewal and do not switch immediately. You can manage cancellation from billing when the Stripe portal is available.
It is a widget that lives on your storefront. It lets customers create jewelry designs and share the details you need to qualify their request. You can add it to a Shopify store or custom website. Deposits require the Jewel AI Shopify app on your Shopify store.
Inside Jewel AI means you create designs in the Jewel AI web app. Storefront use means customers create designs through the widget on your Shopify store or website. Business is required before customers can generate designs on your storefront.
